What a beautiful hotel with consistently friendly staff. A swimming facility with several pools and a brine bath accessible directly from the hotel. Thanks to an Animod hotel voucher, we were able to spend 2 nights there. The room we had was a huge room on the 4th floor with access to the roof terrace and seating areas. The room's furnishings with comfortable beds were modern and left nothing to be desired. The wet area was also great. The breakfast was really good, and the meals we had at the buffet were also super delicious. The prices for drinks were definitely more than okay for a hotel. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful establishment and would like to say thank you again to the entire staff. This hotel also pays attention to sustainability and cleans the room every 2 nights, unless otherwise requested.

If you are looking for an all-inclusive experience for rehabilitation sports and health insurance patients, then Vitalpark is just right for you. The style and ambiance do not meet 4-star standards. At the reception, there was no "warm welcome" or anything like that. The older blonde lady at the reception was visibly overwhelmed, and early check-in was not possible. The rooms are worn out, and the breakfast is average (cleared out an hour before it ended). There was also no "good morning" there. Many temporary staff were trying their best. The bar does not invite you to linger. Okay for 2 days, but for a longer stay, you should book elsewhere.

It is already noticeable that a significant part of your response deals almost exclusively with the positive aspects that I have already explicitly mentioned. The restaurant, the friendliness of individual staff members, and the overall quality of the facility were by no means omitted in my review. Precisely for this reason, your extensive emphasis on these points seems more like an attempt to distract from the actual points of criticism. However, I find your public assertion that the 50 euros are not a goodwill gesture but rather an "outstanding invoice item" particularly problematic. This wording clearly crosses the line of professional handling of criticism in my view, as it creates the public impression that I have not paid outstanding invoices or behaved in any inappropriate manner. This negative impression is obviously intended to linger with the reader. I consider this inappropriate and absolutely unworthy of an establishment of your category. Especially since the situation was clearly understandable and there were witnesses to the relevant agreement. Additionally, to my knowledge, the relevant invoice was not handed to us after the discussion at the reception but was immediately destroyed there. That you still choose to present a depiction that creates the impression of an outstanding claim seems less like a factual clarification and more like a defiant reaction to a critical review. Equally unconvincing is the repeated attempt to hide behind the organizational separation between the hotel and the Vitalpark regarding the main points of criticism. The wellness area is a central component of your entire hotel marketing, pricing level, and quality promise. Without this attached wellness and thermal area, your establishment would neither be represented nor offer the level with which you advertise. Accordingly, restrictions, opening hours, or organizational problems there cannot simply be downplayed as "not directly belonging to the hotel." Especially since the public rating of the Vitalpark itself, currently only around 3.7 stars on Tripadvisor, also shows that the mentioned problems apparently do not represent just a subjective individual opinion. My original review was nuanced, objective, and logically formulated. Your response, however, unfortunately conveys exactly the impression that one has also gained on-site as a guest: Criticism is not truly accepted, but primarily deflected and relativized.
