We had a wonderful family vacation. The food was great; at every meal, we had more than enough options, and both the adults and children could indulge all day long. The children enjoyed being in the kids' club. There were always activities at the pirate area where the whole family could craft. The swimming course was excellent, and in the end, we were allowed to hold a little seahorse for the older child. All the staff were very friendly, even the shuttle drivers to the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation!

Today is unfortunately already our last evening of five wonderful nights. If I had known what awaited us here, I would have planned our vacation differently, and we would have definitely stayed longer. We were warmly welcomed right upon arrival. Everything was explained to us calmly, so we felt welcome and comfortable from the very beginning. The leisure activities for children and parents are simply a dream 🥰. There was a children's disco on the very first evening. My daughter, who is usually rather shy, felt so comfortable after just a few minutes that she went straight to the dance floor. Unfortunately, we only used the childcare quite late, but in the end, she even wanted to go there voluntarily, and that really means something. 😁 Especially Anna immediately won her heart with her loving nature. The rooms were always very clean, and the entire room staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Of course, we also tested the wellness area. My treatment was incredibly relaxing, and we also really enjoyed the sauna area. I was particularly taken with the relaxation room with the hammocks😍. Regarding the restaurant and the kitchen: 😊 On the day of arrival, we were still able to participate in lunch. When I wanted to clear my table, a very nice staff member immediately came up to me and said: "We will do that for you! You are on vacation." In that moment, I would have loved to cry (positively)😅. The food was a dream every single day, from breakfast to dinner. 😍 The selection was very varied, and every day we looked forward to the menu for the next evening. At home, there will definitely be a diet now🤣. We will definitely come back and sincerely thank you for the wonderful time with you. ❤️

In addition, there is an overall very unpleasant handling tone. Both at the reception and in the outdoor area we were treated unfriendly several times. Instead of service orientation, one felt more like an unwanted guest. Unfortunately, the rooms were not convincing either – they seem clearly worn out and poorly maintained. The only bright spot is the outdoor area “Pirate Island” for children, which is really beautifully designed. However, this cannot compensate for the many negative points. Overall, a disappointing experience that we would not have again.
