OK, here is my ENTIRE REVIEW of this ROYAL PIT of a HOTEL;
I seemed to be the ONLY guest at this hotel at this time. I wondered, HHHMM Y? Here is my HONEST bold opinion:
1. The hotel seemed quite "DECENT" from the view, outside and inside 3.5 s
however, It was a cover up;
2. Rooms: The Beds were quit NASTY, n filthy, as were the pillows. I wouldn't recommend anyone that isn't having a "ONE NITE CONCLUSION" at this location book this place.
3. SERVICE: was somewhat confusing. Tho most of the staff were quite nice, the women were arrogant and snooty & all were NOT professional, terrible cleaning by the staff! They begged me for money, and offered unethical services. I also ordered food, which i was told would ONLY take 30 mins, took almost 3 hrs to conclude, when I refused and asked for a refund, it was a VERY difficult transaction to conclude. Then they lied and said they didn't have my refund here at the time, the owner claimed, he had to "PAY HIMSELF 1st". Twas awful. I had to flag a cab to this place because i wasn't picked up from the port as instructed and promised.
4. False advertising; Wi-Fi, electricity, water don't work at this facility and he LOCKS you n or out of the facility at nighttime, no in nor out like children.
The owner himself tries to scam and penny pinch so he's running this establishment to the grown. Staff couldn't even work the hotel's generator. I could NOT watch TV, bathe, these guys shut everything off. I use the toilet I had to endure my own "releasing's" at night do to plumbing offage. They LOCK you nside for no escape, from a fire hazard in case occurs!
Conclusion, if you're gonna stay at this hotel, make it just for a few hrs to handle biz, but I would not NOT sleep here again.
I give this hotel a 1/5 star rating.!

I wouldn't even score this hotel a 1 because I got the worst treatment In a hotel and of all places in Accra. This place is far from the city and you have to get into an awful
Traffic to get there. I would never have dreamt of going down town if not for the fact that my airline messed my itinerary up and had to re-route my flight to Accra from Lomé as I was scheduled to attend an important event that weekend. This should be referred to as a guest house instead of a hotel. The facilities are old and unkept. The rooms are not clean and there was no running hot water. There are few options on the food menu and the staff are not professional and lack customer service training. There hotel staff need to know that every client counts regardless of the circumstances of lodging at their facility and the management must be aware of every arrangement made between their establishment and partners. There was an argument between myself and the shuttle driver who was asked by the airline to drop me off at another hotel upon my checkout and. When I went to ask to be dropped, the driver denied it. I couldn't believe it would cost me a little money to get out of there. The integrity of a business must be preserved and it is the duty of both staff and management. The manager was there during the argument and did not bother to find out our resolve the issue. It cost me so little on an Uber ride to my next hotel.
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE DOR ANY REASON AT ALL!!!

The best thing about the hotel is its location and also the staff are nice and cordial. The breakfast menu does not serve you with much options. The rooms are quite big and the washrooms are very nice as well.
In totality, a very average hotel.
