Unacceptable the behavior of the hotel towards us we had booked a room through booking last day for some of its own reasons the booking did not withdraw the money we call to the accommodation after mail and we were told that it was cancelled last night this morning that we called them already had given the room without even informing us they leave us i.e. without vacation. Normally you should call to see the reason why it was cancelled through booking and don't believe that this shame first time has happened. We were willing to pay for such an expensive hotel and nevertheless we were almost thrown out on the street last day left us a very bad impression and the behavior of the girl who picked up the phone in the morning I am very sorry for the behavior and the way she managed the situation very unprofessional for a hotel that has 250 € per night.

Albeit a good location, client reception and service reflexes suffer, with no care for good service towards them. Run of the mill management and lack of concern for client desires. Rooms are small and lack basic amenities or comfort (sockets and plugs, etc.). Basic breakfast facilities, partial sea view for otherwise sea view advertised rooms.

Beautiful location and sea view from room was amazing. Bar drinks are dearer than most, 5 euros for 330ml can of beer. Rooms are on the small side and the bathroom is tiny - the shower is small and only has a curtain, every time we showered the bathroom floor became soaking wet and slippy. Staff are lovely. Breakfast is plentiful but hot food is cold if you’re not there at 0730 Oh and the sun loungers were being secured with towels at 7.30 or earlier with people not using for a couple of hours 😡 the hotel should really police this
