Alassia

Nothing to say, I would recommend everyone visiting Athens, to stay at this hotel. Arrived well in advance for check-in, they gave the opportunity to store luggage at no extra cost, water in the mini bar free, no small attention for guests. Clean room, comfortable beds, bathroom with everything you need. Breakfast was good. Strategic location, within walking distance of metro and bus, located in Omonia square, you will read that it is a bad neighborhood, frequented by bad people, but nothing different from a big city, bad people are the homeless and some desperate begging. In general recommended.

I think Tripadvisor should have an option to choose 2 months (if you check in December and check out in January). My previous review about Bllue Sea hotel Alimos experience in September 2025 was deleted, I guess because I've already written the review about the same hotel before. I think it is wrong, because hotels change their quality and offer. The Alassia hotel should be categorized with 4+ stars. Exceptionally designed, comfortable, modern, quality furniture and all accompanying devices and elements. Fabulous breakfast, until 10:30. It is a pity that the rooms do not have a balcony. It would be good if the hotel had additional facilities, especially a swimming pool. Check-out at 12. One elevator did not work, i.the door could not be closed or opened, which caused discomfort and bad mood among the guests. I think it had to be out of use, (a notice such as "not in use" should have been posted)

everyone was really nice it was a clean hotel and provided complimentary toiletries, towels and even free bottles of water in the mini fridge that gets restocked when housekeeping comes round. the outside looks very presentable and clean and the breakfast is great. only thing is the noise outside the hotel which is hard to avoid given it's central location so if your a light sleeper then it might be difficult but it's worth it as it's literally a minute away from omonia square and the metro. for the price it's very good.
