Charming welcome, The head teacher and Marie at the front desk were adorable on arrival But 2 very negative points justify this Rating: 1 - Small room and need to put our two jackets and a cashmere vest in the wardrobe (small ) that we forgot when we left. We called 4 hours after our Check-out to report the oversight. The room had not been occupied again and our clothes were gone!!! according to them the staff is reliable (!!!). I am sure and absolutely certain that I left these valuable clothes in the closet: so stealing our things ... despite the denial of the restaurant managers. 2 luxury suite? admittedly care products in the correct rooms but room and premises small and very simple so not luxurious. Swimming pool very small and recessed between road and hotel not passable ( leaves and debris ++ , yellowish water therefore unmaintained and photos of the hotel false.++++ I wouldn't have left a message if it hadn't been stolen. But it was really the drop of water that made the vase overflow.

Visited for 4 nights last week and I was quite disappointed to be honest. Upon my arrival the A/C was not working. Apparenty it was set on heat for the whole hotel and I could not turned it on the cool function. I had to sleep in 35C for 2 nights until it was fixed on the 3rd day and after numerous questions about it. So 2 nights sleep was ruined already. On the second day of my stay they told me that the pool would open and I would be able to enjoy sitting by it and using it however when I kept asking day after day they said there are some issues and it will open next week most likely so advertising a pool and not having a functional one is very disappointing. End of May where the season has already started. Very late and not communicated properly with the guest. I decided to try the breakfast one of the mornings and again very disappointing. Plain and tasteless. The customer service was good most of the times and it was not the staff's fault that all the above happened so I am not blaming them. Its the management that needs to improve.
