Staff were lovely, very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was ok but not a great range of foods, fruit was very fresh. The bed was good size and comfortable and the air con in our room worked very well. However unfortunately the whole hotel was very dirty, with human hair and fluff left on the stairs, every surface in our room was covered in dust and there was blood smeared in the door frame to the bathroom. The area in which the hotel is located is very run down and in our uber driver words “drug den part of town” Apon leaving there was a used needle on the curb. So please be careful if visiting with families.

Very rude man and terribly bed

We checked into this hotel on Sunday and left within 20 minutes because the conditions were completely unacceptable. The room was not clean, the pillows were yellow-stained, and overall hygiene standards were extremely poor. The pool was also dirty and clearly not maintained. What concerned us most was the safety around the hotel. There were people directly outside our room openly taking and injecting drugs, which made us feel very unsafe. This was not the environment we expected or paid for. Due to the cleanliness and safety issues, we could not stay and checked out almost immediately. Since then, I have emailed the hotel twice requesting a refund and have received no response at all, which has made the experience even more frustrating. Very disappointing experience and not at all as advertised.
