Athens Way

This was the worse experience I've ever had at a hotel. We couldn't get in the building when we arrived. We had to wait outside until a hotel guest came and opened the door from the inside. Then, when we got to the 6th floor at the desk, the lady said she was on her way out and when we leave in the morning no one will be there. Furthermore, the AC in the room (302) was not working. We had to sleep with the door open and listening to the sounds of the city kept me up all night. It was an absolute nightmare!! Rooms: 1/5 Service: 2/5 Location: 2/5 Rooms: Clean. Food & drinks: Nearby. In walking distance.

Very good value! Rooms clean and comfortable. Front desk staff excellent! Very helpful and made RELIABLE transportation arrangements. Recommended near-by greek restaurants and provided local directions.. Hotel was in contact with me several times prior to my arrival to be sure everything would be as promised. We arrived early, but they were able to accommodate us with another room since ours was not yet ready. I huge PLUS since we had tour commitments. I'd' stay here again due to it's central location and service.

The room was NOT as seen on the website. It was dark, light bulbs missing, but clean. We asked for another room, but they said they were full. The girl at the frontdesk, Fio, was very helpful, despite my many questions! If we were to get another room, there would be an UP charge. Not sure about staying there again......Again, the websiter on tripadvisor was definitely VERY Misleading! We were on the 5th floor, so noise was at a minimum, that was a plus!
