It’s a big scam The man charged me 580 euros extra saying he wasn’t paid on the credit card I used to book the room Breakfast was included but he wanted to charge for that too Everything here is mediocre or passable but plugs don’t work Hotel is super old Electric plugs don’t work Fridge is a fifty year old and buzz all night The fast speed road outside our window is deafening during the night We got minimal sleep The hotel bar is dirtier than airport toilet Everything else is shabby and outdated Very ugly I think visitors who say it’s a good place haven’t known or seen better Owner was rude and since we arrived 10:30 at night, we had no choice but pay 580 extra euros to get the room we already paid Travelocity for and got confirmation from Travelocity We hate this place It’s the worst hotel I have ever been to in my entire life

The excellent rating comes from the attentiveness of the staff and the value. The room was fine, view great, balcony was noisy from nearby arterial road, but that's Athens. A km. or so away is Voula's plaza where folks gather to eat, do coffee or just hang out. Decor in common areas needs an upgrade, but pleasant enough.

We had several problems with this hotel as both my daughters suffered food poisoning. The food had no variety it was the same food every day and night. The last day we were told even after checkout we were ok to use the amenity's we weren't due to be picked up till 5.30pm and there was no power at the pool bar so we couldn't get a drink and the restaurant was shut so there wasn't any food either, so to our annoyance we had to walk to the harbour to get some food which cost over 70 euros for the four of US.
