Glaros

We wanted a hotel close to the port for an overnight stay before moving on the Greek islands. If you are needing a basic hotel close to the port and ferry’s in Athens the Glaros fits the bill. A 10 minute walk to the marina with its restaurants and bars and a 10 minute walk in the other direction to the ferry port. The hotel is a bit basic and dated but is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I came here for a week, and left after a night. Staff is rude. The room smelled like mold. There's a bustle in the hallways. The room is like a warehouse. Dirty disappointment.

Excellent hotel, clean and quiet! Next to the harbor and the shops and with very good breakfast! The staff helpful and polite!
