I stayed here twice during my trip to Greece. I tried to contact them via email regarding a change to my reservation and they were responsive but they never answered my questions. I had to call them multiple times, they kept telling me to contact them during certain hours (which was during my nighttime) so that I could speak to the reservations department. I stayed up one night just to talk to their reservations department but they just told me to email them, which I did, but they never got back to me about it.
I also tried to book taxis through them and instead of booking it themselves, they sent me a link to Taxiplon, a site where I can book my own taxis. My experience using Taxiplon was bad so I wouldn't suggest using them. You're way better off using FreeNow.
For one of my stays I booked the "Superior" room which came with a shower that barely one person can fit in. I could spin around in the shower but that was it. Their elevators were also very small but it's a hotel in a European city so I guess that's standard?
Everyone at the front desk was great though, and the hotel was clean, with a decent location.
