New Aegli Hotel

Horrible experience – not worth the money. The service was extremely poor, bordering on rude. The building is in very bad condition, and while the pool area looks great in the photos, it is very disappointing in reality. We stayed for a week, and not once was our room properly cleaned. The staff only made the beds. They also tried to charge us for breakfast even though we had already paid for it in advance. In hindsight, we wish we hadn’t, as the breakfast was really bad! I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel is not 4* as it states. Breakfast is very poor. I took the all inclusive program and I regretted it because it wasn’t all inclusive!!! And they don't mention it anywhere. As a travel agent, I do not recommend it. It's not worth his money! If they didn't have that good staff I'd rate them with 1. Only thanks to the people who work there got 2. Dirty disappointment. Shame...

I went for lunch here in the hotel taverna. Great service, delicious food, cold drinks and with spectacular views. I did not book here to stay as the room reviews were not so good.
