Unacceptable! We made a reservation through booking and put in the request that we want a double bed. When we arrived they gave us 3 single beds and when we told them that we made a request they told us that since it was not answered (actually it was not answered whenever we thought the request would be made) it is not valid. And we tell her from where and to whom it had to be answered and they didn't know how to answer! When we told them that ok we will stay but we will leave the corresponding review they told us to get up and leave and that they will call to cancel the reservation as it happened! We met on August 15 looking for where to stay!

The kind Lady who represents the hotel on the phone is invisible upon our arrival to welcome us. An elderly gentleman from a distance in a ground floor balcony looks at us as we just got out of the car and we ask him where the reception is. Expressionless and holding a paper in his hands ( arrival list probably), without a welcome, he asks us in a weak and bored voice, "booking name?" to sit in the pool, his tone of voice and face changes. He answers vaguely that in some building we will leave suitcases and we stay in the sun until he decides to guide us. the bar is the beginning of demonism. We shouldn't have asked why then he started approaching us in a daze for the first time to tell us that the child who is in the Bar got sick. They didn't even mention an alternative provision - service but suddenly he started he shouts that we went earlier than the time they would have given us the room. I call him straight face to face rude and he hides that he is the owner Mr. Vasilis to my question. His unacceptable reaction - prompt was if we wanted to go to another hotel because of his I announced that I would inform the invisible lady by phone, as I did. The invisible lady apologized, but that's not how things are done. There must be respect for the fact that you chose them to go to rest and calm down, to welcome you to drink a coffee, a water. Greedy land owners I also bet that they became hoteliers of the grabber. We stayed in extremely welcoming rooms with a pool (Minas) for less days which made us unhappy as it was high season. Exorcism and only to the insensitive and irresponsible pseudo-businessmen of the grabber.

The view was very good from the balcony and the pool was very clean ,the service was excelent. Nice music at the bar,realaxing at the sunbeds waiting for the sunset and swiming at the beautiful pool and drinking my coktails!!!!
