Stayed here for one week in June with a friend and was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Can't understand some of the bad reviews. We arrived early hours of the morning and were shown to our second floor apartment which was at the front of the hotel and quite noisy. So in the morning we asked if we could change our room to a quieter location. The lovely lady on reception was so helpful and swapped us to a ground floor room at the side of the hotel with a terrace and garden. We booked breakfast and it was fantastic, so much choice. Special thank you to George one of the waiters who got me poached eggs in the morning and gluten free bread for my friend. We paid for evening meal one evening and it was well worth it for 20 euros, again so much choice. As we had been out all day on a boat trip, we didn't want to go out again. As for location, it was a few minutes walk into the town and square full of lovely restaurants. All in all a very relaxing holiday.

We are a couple in our late 50’s / mid 60’s and booked this hotel as part of a package- two weeks late June / early July. We were hoping for some relaxing/ lazy days in the sun… not a chance! We arrived around midnight after travelling for close to 11 straight hours. Showed to our room to find not even a bottle of water was provided despite the late hour. Have travelled to many parts of Greece and have always found the norm to have this as a minimum especially so late at night. The key card advised the time of breakfast… the price of the beach beds and check out time of 11am… again not a very welcoming message overall. The hotel itself consists of two large buildings facing each other over a road… most rooms filled with young families… the pool is overrun with kids splashing, bombing and throwing balls. Further more - there are only deckchairs around the pool…. Packed together - not in any way comfortable or peaceful and the splashing and rogue balls find you all the same! The only way to sunbathe your back is to throw yourself face down on a sweaty beanbag…. Which we obviously didn’t even try! There is a beach bar which hire out sunbeds daily but we declined as we are not beach people and the beds were all too close and the beach more like a building sand than anything pretty… please see pic of the day after some rain! Lots of waste rocks and stones- though they did put some sand over it - wasn’t somewhere I would pay to sit! There was no subsidy for hotel residents or those eating and drinking. Lots of people used the hotel as a cut through to the beach, so there’s a constant sense of busyness all around. The apartment we had was nice.. we could see a slither of sea from the balcony… air conditioned to a good standard and kept clean, but we couldn’t really use the room as we had to hike each day to a different hotel to use a pool (which we paid for daily!) Evenings were also an issue as there is a large dog next door that barks consistently at people traipsing through or past the hotel to the beach! So we were showered and out each night sharpish! Breakfast was quite good… lots of cheese, eggs and tomato, breads fruits and similar - but became busy with large families bustling around by about 8.30… so again we felt we needed to be up and done by then! The village itself has some lovely restaurants and everywhere we went we were welcomed. It could be so nice however it is jam packed with large, out of state cars milling about and congesting the roads. We would not return and would warn people about this hotel. Our pick up was 6.45pm on our last day and we were advised that it is not possible to have a late check out… so we had to leave all our luggage in reception for the day and carry our passports and valuables around with us. We did use a very muggy shower room which we were able to book at 5pm! So we felt the poor first impression was definitely matched with a similarly dire last impression!

Just back from 12 days Nais. In one word Great! Top apartment near the pool and the sea. Very friendly and helpful staff. An insanely rich breakfast with new things every day. 5 minutes walk to a super nice village with many terraces and shops. Setting is beautiful with many flowers and plants. Overall, had a great holiday here!!
