White Suites

We are presently staying in white suites resort in afytos. What can I say about this hotel? If you want relaxation with wonderful staff, simple but great food right on the beach, then this hotel is for you.

We came as strangers, Sofia welcomed us as guests, and we left as friends. The week at White Suites was great and relaxing. The location of the hotel right by the sea is simply dreamy, but the hillside location requires some steep stair climbing. You have to get used to it, but it is manageable with normal fitness. The typical Greek Mediterranean food was delicious and very varied. For the departure day, a snack box was specially prepared for us. So great!!! The cleanliness and condition of the entire facility gave us no reason for any complaints. The town of Afitos invites you to linger. We will come back.

This hotel is a little piece of paradise. If you want a relaxing break with beautiful views, private beach, warm sea swims, beautiful food, friendly staff this is the place for you. Room We had one of the 4 swim up rooms which we really enjoyed. We got the sun until around 2pm each day. The little pool was a welcome cool down. All of the rooms have a sea view. With only 14 rooms it has a very relaxed vibe. Our room was spotless clean. Had a great vibe and yes it wasn’t all modern done out but it was clean bed was comfortable and we liked the Greek shuttered vibe. Bathroom Had everything we needed the shower was a clip up one but was always hot and really powerful towels were changed daily. Resort It was a short walk to the village, yes it was uphill but a nice walk and not challenging. Use your torch on way back down :) Breakfast We were half board which was faultless. Breakfast had a wide range of fresh fruit, bread, ham, cheese, bread, yogurt, cereal and dried fruits. There was a couple of hot options, fried, boiled and scrambled eggs and often crepes. It was always fresh and nicely laid out. Great inside and outside seating with fantastic views. Evening meal Each day there was a notice board up with what was hot evening meal. You usually got 3 staters to share and bread. For example salad option, cheese and a dip or bruschetta, salad and feta. The salad was different every day and always varied options. You then usually got a choice of 2 dishes for main. They were beautiful with options such as sea bream or meatball and had themed nights of pasta night, bbq night, seafood night. We had a couple of dietary requirements and they always worked around for us. The presentation was amazing. as was the lovely lady Pavlina who served us every night. Lunch Looked great but we never had it as we were honestly just too full with the beautiful breakfast and evening meal. The beach Was lovely and the staff came round all the time to ask if you needed anything. The beds were super comfortable. You need beach shoes and if you like to snorkel there is plenty fish to see. The one small issue I had about the beach was other people could use the beach and hire beds which I don’t have an issue with. However I do think a section with enough beds should be kept for the guests and I would strongly advise this is addressed by the hotel. And no dogs and children in adults only hotel please 🙏
