Simple hotel with the nicest people. Views from the downstairs rooms are incredible but you get awakened early since it’s by the breakfast room. That breakfast is very good, despite some bad reviews

This hotel was very cute and authentic. Great people who run it. The room was very clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. The ac was magic in the hot summer. Close to restaurants and Delphi site. We parked the car on street all day and night until the next day when we’re done with the site. Breakfast was basic, but was worth it for the yogurt and marmalade. I did supplement for a stronger coffee at a great coffee house down the street. Great visit and would stay again.

The hotel itself is very simple, dated and feels more like a hostel. It caters to large tour groups who can be noisy at night smashing glasses and being drunk. This is not the hotels fault but a fact of the type of accommodation this is. There was no bracket to fix the shower head to the wall so it’s very frustrating to even have a wash holding it over you, hair washing not possible with ease. The receptionist said breakfast was at 7.15 and at 7.05 the dining room was completely full with people half way through their breakfast. Not sure why this happened when I went to reception at 7.10 and asked what time breakfast started I was told again it was at 7.15 despite that clearly being untrue. We were told we had to wait for others to finish first which was frustrating as we had been awake for a while waiting to eat as we needed to get going early for our travelling. I would definitely get down there early if you end up staying there and maybe ask the chef or other staff members for some clarification around timings as reception do not have the information you need to plan your stay. The views are lovely but we would definitely not stay again.
