Sintrivanis Hotel

We stayed 10 days in the hotel, 2 families in 2 rooms. The rooms were renovated as seen in the photos on their site. But so dirty throughout our stay. 10 days bathroom not cleaned, basin sink shower not touched. Except for the third day we mentioned that the bathroom is dirty and they passed over. Only sponging did something like because the garbage stays on the floor. The curtain in the room from the front appeared. Okay, and you saw the back side, realizing how dirty it was. We had to wake up forced from 7 a.m. because there was no outer leaf and no light. The shower in the bathroom from the salts did not draw water, we said so and they changed it the same day. The lid of the basin was not fixed. They made it the same day. The room for breakfast was also dirty, floor mosque walls were not clean as required. The dishes and the knives were clean but the glasses you didn't dare to use, they smelled too much egg pine. The breakfast was the same every day with few exceptions and was not quality. It's hard to find anything you like to eat besides bread and honey and jam. Breakfast was buffets. Of course you serve alone. But in this particular hotel there was a rule to collect the same dishes glasses and all to go to 2 trolleys that were near the entrance. No one informed us about this, we just realized it when in our first morning, the staff passed and persistently commented on some negative Other tenants who ate and left the plates on their table. The pool was clean and the outer space was relatively careful. The staff was polite and could have been more pleasant and smiling. You only felt bothered if you asked for something. Regarding the cost of the coffee also no problem we had for this and many times we ordered coffee and not only. We find it absurd, however, to pay as tenants the coffee in a paper cup with a small barbecue 4 euros while we could buy it from the hotel 2.80 in a barbecue and be in the cafe or any shared space of the hotel since our owners confirmed that to sit in the cafe does not require consumption for tenants, this is exactly explained to the staff. All the last 3 days of our stay, they asked if we wanted the coffee take away or in the cafeteria. This regular tactic leads you to buy a take away from the nearby cafe and drink it in the hotel's cafeteria.

Calm and beautiful holiday with family we liked because everything was easy we rented the bagalow next to the pool all fine

We were hit guests of the hotel but we visited the pool and also the a la cart restaurant. The service at the both was below average. The staff is not friendly at all despite the fact that we payed 7 euro per person for the pool. The restaurant was with a very poor quality food. The pool is quite old and in need of renovation. However, it was clean and the water was warm.
