We had a wonderful stay at Kenta Beach Hotel and would definitely recommend it! The owners and staff were exceptionally friendly, very welcoming and hospitable! We loved the convenient beachfront sunbeds where we enjoyed the beautiful sea and outstanding service and snacks. One of the highlights was enjoying our breakfast in the morning and our drinks in the evening overlooking the crystal clear sea accompanied by the gentle chirping of the birds! It's an excellent choice for a summer getaway!

Kenta beach hotel is a fantastic hotel located in Agios ioannis pelion. The staff is so nice and always in a good mood, and the view is amazing. The hotel is close to everything, the sea is right by the hotel, there is also a pool if you prefer, and restaurants around. The hotel also has a patio where you can have breakfast which is absolutely fantastic. What I liked most of all was the evenings/nights when they had live music. I really recommend!

We chose today for the first time the Kenta beach bar for our daily bath, 4 adults and a baby 8 months old, I will not talk about the beach bar but about the behavior that is most important of all!!! I personally have never experienced such trumpeting again and even by the owners themselves and while I had my baby in my arms they attacked my husband to beat him and kick us off the beach while previously we had made an observation for the services they offer. Initially and briefly we complained to the beach waiters about the sun loungers as we could not agree whether there is a reservation or not, whether there is availability or not, if we can all sit together, they were simply indifferent without showing that they want to help a family with a baby. Then we complained about the water they had brought to us and heated, since it could not be consumed without the glasses and ice that we had asked for and I had to drink water to breastfeed the baby, which became water and the reason to accept as customers the complete trunking, rude and almost beating by their owners. The scene was really taken out of the stadium, the one owner with a hooligan style came out of the store and arrived at the beach threatening and intimidating my husband, in the style of daisy coming to hit him.... And he did come at a distance of breath... the waitress held him in order not to attack us. The other owner was yelling that he didn't want us as customers, and that we should get up and go now, giving instructions to the waiters to do a face control so that we don't put our foot in his store again. And all this for a little ice ....and all this because we made our complaints as customers to the management .... Complaints that might help make a better business but they don’t seem to need it.... You should understand that you are “filled” because the options are few and have already filled the rest of the beach bar, not for your services or typical behavior. I will close by saying that SENSITIZATION has gone on a walk, unfortunately every day we fail as a society.... unfortunately there are people who confirm it to us. In customer service, empathy is vital because it allows professionals to connect with customers at a deeper level, understand their needs and feelings, and provide personalized service that leads to satisfaction and dedication.  Food for thought if there is a will, one is sure for us the KENTA beach bar will obviously not become our stand.- Finally, I recommend that families who want to enjoy their beach holidays in Agios Ioannis Pelion do not choose this particular beach bar, as which owner makes a bustle in his own store and threatens parents from a baby who only wants shade and coolness to enjoy his play on the beach.
