Ad Imperial Palace Hotel

Only I can say thanks to the reception team, the rest of everything bad! Rooms, and bathrooms are old and urgently need renovation. If you stay on the A floor, the room is dark and depressing, with lots of mosquitoes, because if you stay there, u must open the windows to get air! Also, I had some incident and no one bothered to fix it until spoken with them again then we managed to change… Housekeeping team is very disrespectful every morning woke up to their noise they don't clean the room just fighting with the furniture! Breakfast disaster all food unfresh tasteless bad… The only good part is the location.

Very very old and outdated place. The photos on their website may took 30 years ago. Elevators are claustrofobic. OK for 2 people if they are very thin. Rooms are from the 1970s without any upgrade since then. No carpets despite the photos on their website. The breakfast had wide selection and was good. The hotel location is perfect for business trips and even for vacation. Everything is very close.

Great value for money with nice clean rooms and buffet breakfast. The hotel is in an excellent central location and has very helpful, pleasant staff
