After spending 10 unforgettable days at the Mediterranean Palace Hotel, I can honestly say this has been one of the best hotel experiences our family has ever had. We initially came to Thessaloniki to attend a Christian conference and then stayed on for a family holiday with our children. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome, cared for, and valued. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Housekeeping did an exceptional job every day, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was outstanding. The food was consistently delicious with a fantastic variety, and every meal was served with warmth and professionalism. The customer service across every department was simply first class. What truly sets Mediterranean Palace apart is its people. Their kindness, genuine smiles, and willingness to go above and beyond transformed our stay from excellent to unforgettable. A special and heartfelt thank you to Tassos for your outstanding hospitality and for making us feel so at home. Your professionalism, kindness, and personal care did not go unnoticed, and you are a true credit to the hotel. Thessaloniki, a base for exploring the Macedonian archaeological sites, such as Vergina and Pella, and in particular from this splendid hotel, which we recommend to you. As soon as you arrive in the luggage unloading area, the staff will help you, and by leaving the keys in the car, they will take the car directly into the hotel's paid parking lot. Large, comfortable room, really well furnished and with a nice bathroom. We are in the city, harbor view, and some noise is to be expected, but by closing the window with quiet air conditioning, you will sleep comfortably in a nice bed. Excellent breakfast, you could also enjoy it in the outdoor part of the room. The choice is truly varied for both the continental and traditional parts. The very kind staff will bring hot drinks to your table, such as good coffee and good cappuccino. We did not visit the city, but the location is really close to the good restaurants in the area. Really highly recommended!

This is still my favorite hotel in Thessaloniki. My husband and I stay here every year, and each time we are equally delighted with absolutely everything the hotel has to offer. The staff is incredibly kind (a special thank you to the reservation team for assigning us such a wonderful room!). The rooms are spotless, tidy, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices. Furthermore, the hotel provides its own parking, which is a huge advantage in Thessaloniki. Finally, the location is unbeatable – there is simply no better place to stay. Highly recommended!
