Excellent experience and excellent service! We have made several bookings at the hotel for business trips and each time the cooperation is exemplary. The staff is always courteous, willing to help and responds directly to any request. In particular, we would like to thank the hotel's management and team for the understanding and flexibility they have shown in cases of change and transfer of reservations due to exceptional personal matters. The professionalism, consistency and human approach they show are a true example of hospitality. We will definitely continue to trust them for our next stays in Thessaloniki. Thank you very much!

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel slightly outside the center, the receptionists were very friendly. Good continental breakfast but limited; they could offer more variety of juices, cut fresh fruit, different types of Greek yogurt, etc. They do not have parking spaces and recommend 3 affiliated parking lots. Unfortunately, the one we went to is a bit of a scam as they have daily rates, so if you arrive late in the evening, the next day at 12:00 there is still a check-out. So, €40 for 1.5 days.

The rooms are a bit on the smaller side. Other than that, the area is good and close to a lot of things.Ot offers a great view of Thesaloniki. The breakfast is great and the staff is friendly. We had some issues with missing toilet paper and towels and they were very prompt to solve.
