Artemis Apartments

They love guests here. They cook delicious food for them and take care of their comfort. We enjoyed the short walk to the sea. The room is clean and cozy. Excellent staff and their friendly supervisor! Everything's fine, and it's a shame to leave. Thanks for the rest!

Owner is exceptionally friendly. Unfortunately, however, the, cleaning is really poor and what there is is done in a distracted way. I always had to go down to the front desk and ask for the toilet paper. I'd say in a hotel it's ABC. Sometimes they didn't empty the basket, sometimes I found the sponge they cleaned with, another time a roll of bags for the baskets. When I arrived the first night, the bathroom was already dirty. Behind the bathroom door, there was dirt collected. And he stayed there for days as did the dirty sheets. A used Band-Aid kept me company for the entire stay in the doorjamb, then swept by the cleaning lady, who put it, and left it, on the balcony. The breakfast lady is very kind, but unfortunately only speaks Greek and this causes embarrassing misunderstandings. Overall the property is very old and would need a total renovation. Maintenance is done only on direct information. What else to say... if it were up to the receptionist, I would stay there again. However, cleanliness is crucial to me. Not only that. That's too bad.

Artemis Hotel Apartments in Hersonissos left a lasting impression on me. The accommodation was not only comfortable but also tastefully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Konstantin(Fellow Arsenal fan)was very friendly, offering exceptional service and valuable local insights as was Maria and the rest of the staff.The central location allowed for easy exploration of Hersonissos, and the nearby amenities, coupled with the hotel's own offerings, made my stay both convenient and enjoyable. From well-appointed rooms to thoughtful details, Artemis Hotel Apartments exceeded my expectations, making it a top choice for anyone visiting Hersonissos. Come on you Gunners!
