I live due to work for about 5 months Very central, very polite staff, clean rooms, nice view.

Hotel rooms not as depicted on website. This hotel needs a full refurbishment. Bathroom is small and easily flooded when you shower. Bedroom needs a good clean - very dusty around edges of room. Rooms facing main road are noisy due traffic. Staff not very engaging. Breakfast ok. Location good to walk to old town. Overall disappointing.

Been to Crete now 4 times and this has been the worst hotel so far. Never been to a hotel that looks good from outside but is a shed from the inside. Worst was the bathroom. Beds squeek so hard that they wake you up when changing sleeping positions. Breakfast was fine
