We stayed at the hotel for 10 days everything was amazing food cleanliness impeccable Service a great praise belongs to jimi the best so professional maid happy and of course the best cocktails I recommend it unreservedly thank you for everything

The hotel was excellent. It's was very clean including all public areas and pools. Spotless to be honest. All the staff were excellent, professional and friendly. The beach which was excellent (clean, soft sand and safe) is just across the road and they even provided a bridge over to it. The food was good though a bit samey at times. However some real standout dishes including excellent soups, king prawns and a variety of meat dishes and salads. Small point - for families with young children the evening meal starting at 7.30pm was a bit late. The afternoon snacks were fairly limited and only available for a few hours in the afternoon. Final comment re hotel - we went all inclusive which was definitely the right choice especially as there were limited tavernas in walking distance. The local town was a definite for us - beautiful old town with lots of tiny streets with lovely quaint shops and restaurants and a beautiful harbour - very historic Overall a great place and we aim to go back.

Perfect place to stay for a week, couples or families as well. Staff are really nice and helpful. Cleaning, serving, reception and specially Jimmis, the bartender have been all extremly nice and hardworking. Our room took place in the Lia apartment house by Creta Palm. 2 of the 7 sleeps we had were compromised tho by the neighbours and the thin walls.
