Reception staff very helpful. Room immaculate. Cleaning staff came every day with fresh bedding and towels. Balcony to front of hotel. There was only one downside - Many of the guests were all inclusive so the bar did not open until 12 noon. So, as a paying guest, if you wanted to lie by the pool in the morning there was nowhere to get a drink.

I cant give you a real review. Because we didn’t end up staying there. Unfortunately, our rooms had plumbing problems(supposedly) so we got sent somewhere else. The other place looked great on the outside but not so great inside our room. So we had no choice but to reserve rooms elsewhere and pay more money! Don’t get me wrong, everyone was pleasant especially the owner. He was generous enough to say we could come back for breakfast lunch and dinner there still. Which I would hope so since it’s an all-inclusive place. And I did pay towards the stay and hotel fees that was the least they could do. We ended up having to spend way more money than expected at other hotels. We decided to go to Saturnini for three of the nights. And that was the best decision ever! But every time we came to eat(not everyday) , they were so pleasant it was hard to be upset with them. Unfortunately, we didn’t come there to make friends. So it was still upsetting. Instead of going to our room in the hotel after dinner and a long day, we had to get into our car and drive to our air bnb we rented out. The dinners there, though, were delicious. The only reason I’m not giving them a one star is because they were pleasant and the food was fantastic. But the room situation sucked.

This hotel was so cute and amazing to stay at. There is a small staff, but everyone is so friendly. I did not care for the beds as they are really firm. The owner Polyvios was so accommodating and made my stay pleasant and smooth. The food was always hot and fresh. And being steps away from the beach made the almost hour drive from Heraklion airport worth it!
