Hotel in the desert, no beach access, reception and outdoor bar staff not friendly and not smiling. Does not care about the customer The female dining team is top-notch, the buffet is repetitive. The all-inclusive is a scam at this hotel, do not rent a car from the hotel, go to the very nice little village 20 minutes on foot.

Hello, A hotel located away from the center that offers a panoramic view of the sea. Furthermore, to reach the village of Panormo, you must walk along the road where cars pass for about 20 minutes on average. Additionally, from Panormo, you can take a bus that runs every hour to Rethymnon. Tickets can be purchased at a souvenir shop in the village. The cost is $6.80 for a round trip. The journey takes about 45 minutes. The change of scenery is guaranteed!

I had a great stay at Europa Resort Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the service was consistent from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The food at the restaurant was fresh and tasty, and the breakfast spread was impressive. The pool area and surroundings were peaceful, making it a relaxing place to unwind. Overall, it’s an excellent value for the quality of service and comfort you get. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to come back again.
