Iperion Beach

Had a fabulous stay at this fantastic hotel. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Comfy beds with great quality bedding. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in any hotel. Huge array of fresh fruit, pastries, home made cakes. Fresh fruit juices, a first for me was the ginger/turmeric energy shots, an acquired taste, but I make these daily at home for my arthritis so it was fabulous to be able to continue having them. Cooked breakfast looked very good and well cooked. Hubby said it tasted great. Comfy loungers by the pool and at the beach. QR codes to easily order from great menu whilst remaining in the horizontal position. A great selection of of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. My favourites alcohol free being the cucumber mastica and the Verdant Resin mocktail. Lovely to have the chance to partake of a yoga lesson; I thought I’d hide at the back, but it was just me and the yoga teacher!! Bikes and smokes available but you do need to book in advance as the bikes go quickly. Greek night on a Wednesday with music snd dancing; was great fun. Little supermarket a minutes walk from the hotel. Would come back to the hotel without any hesitation, but we didn’t like Rethymno as a town. Too busy and loud for us, we prefer a quiet little fishing village with a few tavernas and a more laid back vibe. I won’t let this affect my review of the hotel as this is my personal preference and we booked knowing that we were on the edge of a big town.

The hotel creates a relaxing atmosphere that I have never experienced before in any hotel. The rooms are outstanding and very clean. The entire staff makes an effort to give you the best service you can imagine. In one word Exceptional!

Great 5 night stay. Hotel right in the beach with so pool. Amazing time with great staff, and amazing food. Alexandro at the beach was a very good waiter and fun to speak with. Would definitely recommend
