Rooms are small and dirty. Lots of young drunk people who don't care about others at night. I highly recommend to find other place!
We were very disappointed 😞
Breakfast was the worst thing.. For whole week only sandwiches with cheese and ham. You'll have wait for food if there is a lot of people in the hotel.

It's perfectly described by the other comments.
Tiny room and bathroom, very bad bed, air conditioning as option at 6 euro per day (but in August is a must). Even the safe is an option (why??).
They change the towels once on two days.
It is convenient, but I stayed in cheaper hotel with more services.

I stayed here 3 years ago and decided to return this year.
It's actually quite difficult to mark it. I like it but understand that others wouldn't.
It's in a very good location; close to the main strip and beach but down a side road and quiet. The only noise I occasionally heard was people returning to their rooms in the early hours walking along the corridor. This lasted seconds though.
There is a pool; it's not large but perfect to relax in late afternoon when you return from the beach as by then it's in the shade.
A safety deposit box is cheap at 10 euros per week (and is in your room). The fridge was free (in my case). I didn't feel the need for the air con so can't comment on the price or effectiveness. The TV was Greek only channels so I I didn't use but wouldn't have anyway even had there been other language channels. The room itself is pretty spartan and has seen, perhaps, better days but met my purposes. In my room (at least) there was a genuine double bed rather than 2 singles pushed together. There is also a small balcony. The bathroom was in good condition and looked pretty new. The shower always had plenty of hot water and was effective. My room was well cleaned everyday.
The free wifi works well.
The brother and sister that run the hotel are lovely as are the other staff.
I suspect the main criticism people will have is with the breakfast. It is exactly the same each day without fail. Bread, processed ham and cheese, jam, butter, tomato and cereals. Add to that there are a number of mornings when it has run out and you have to wait whilst the waitress goes out for 10 mins or so to get some more. It is however definitely fresh. For drinks there is orange juice (pretty decent stuff), tea and coffee. You may feel it wise to not take the breakfast option if your expectations are for more. The cutlery, though clean, has also seen better days....
All in all, bearing in mind this is a 2 star hotel and the price this is a good choice for those on a budget or, like me, those who value location and view the hotel as a comfortable base rather than a place to spend 24/7 in.
