Great experience at Aegeos Spa of Sitia Beach Resort. The back massage with Popi was just incredible. I had a tension in the neck for weeks and it just disappeared thanks to her. She has magic in her fingers. Wonderful moment.

Superb hotel, it truly deserves all these stars. We traveled with Promovacances. The only downside is the transfer that took 3 hours, but it is really worth it. From arrival to departure, everything was truly excellent. The staff is caring, and the Cretans are very welcoming. The vacationers are very attentive, the hotel is very clean and is of a human scale; you do not feel that there are many people like in other places such as Majorca for example. As in all-inclusive resorts, there are buffets from morning to night. I would say that sometimes there was not enough choice, but that is not a big deal. On the other hand, regarding the drinks, they were really not good. I do not drink alcohol, but I would have liked to at least have real fruit juices from time to time, not fruit juices diluted with water and chemicals. Regarding the pools, we always had a sunbed compared to last year in Majorca where it was impossible; there was also one on the other side of our accommodation. A calm pool, but really calm. The hotel also had a beauty institute, which I did not particularly like. It is the fact that there is a lot of solicitation to go for treatments; indeed, as soon as we arrive, we are offered 15 minutes, but I heard hotel guests say that it was too insistent to get us to take something else. For my part, I had a treatment and a scrub, and it was really great. The hotel also has a gym, but it is really very basic. Regarding the Fram team, there was Lou. Maxence and Cléa are really nice people. Very, very nice on the train, always smiling and always kind. It was truly a pleasure. I recommend this hotel.
