Very pleasant staff, top-notch activity leaders Kenya, Marielle, and Manon. Good-sized pool. Beach nearby, the only slightly negative point: ants, small buffet, no Greek specialties. Otherwise. We had a good vacation

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this hotel with our 9-month-old baby, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel kindly accommodated our request for an early check-in, which made traveling with a baby so much easier. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a beautiful ground-floor room with a sea view, even though we had booked a different room. The reception staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. They always greeted us with a smile and paid special attention to our baby, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The hotel was spotless, with a beautiful modern design and a relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes, with something new to try every day. We especially appreciated the comfortable pillows, the spacious walk-in shower, and the overall comfort of the room. This hotel made our first holiday with a baby stress-free and enjoyable. We felt relaxed, well looked after, and able to fully enjoy our vacation without any worries. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families with young children and would be very happy to return in the future. Thank you for making our holiday so special!

I'll start with the positive: the cleanliness. On that, nothing to say, the room was always spotless, same for the pool and the premises. For everything else, it is really very disappointing given the price paid for "all-inclusive." At the reception, the welcome is cold and they make no effort with the language barrier. We made several requests that never went anywhere... It's a good thing the activity leaders (who speak French) and the cafeteria servers are there, they are the only ones who are really friendly in the whole hotel. On the entertainment side, the poor activity leaders do what they can with the little the boss gives them: a speaker, a microphone, and two or three makeshift games scrounged from discount stores. In terms of meals and drinks, it is a big disappointment. It really wasn't very good and there were very few typical Greek meals. The included drinks are very low-end, so much so that we had to go to the store to buy our own stuff for happy hour and go outside the hotel to drink decent beverages. In addition, the pool bar closes at 6:00 PM, which forces you to go all the way back up to quench your thirst before coming back down. As for the 4:00 PM snack, it boiled down to ice cream, low-end cookies, and budget pound cake. For excursions, we were warned at the hotel that outside it was a scam and that we would regret it... In the end, I compared with outside and I found exactly the same things, much cheaper and much more dynamic! They should open their eyes a little and leave the hotel to see the reality. In short, given what we paid for an all-inclusive and what we got in the end, this hotel has completely turned me off: I will never set foot there again.
