We have just finished a 10-day stay at Paralos Venus Suites to celebrate my 40th birthday, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was absolutely outstanding. We booked a swim-up room and initially stayed in Room 105. Although it was lovely, it didn’t get as much sun as we had hoped. We mentioned this to reception, and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. They kindly moved us to Room 104, which gets the sun all day – absolutely perfect! Nothing was too much trouble, and the level of customer service throughout our stay was exceptional. The food, drinks and service are on another level. We have stayed at many all-inclusive hotels over the years, but this is the first time we never felt the need to leave the hotel because everything was simply so good. The quality, variety and presentation of the food were incredible, the cocktails were fantastic, and every member of staff genuinely wanted you to have the best holiday possible. A very special mention has to go to Giorgio, who made our holiday even more memorable. His energy, positivity and enthusiasm are infectious! We looked forward to seeing him every day. His favourite sayings of “Wow!”, “Energy time!”, “The best time is now!” and “Anything is possible with Giorgio!” always made us smile and set the tone for another amazing day. He truly made us feel special and looked after throughout our stay. Every member of staff deserves credit for creating such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. It genuinely feels like they care about every guest. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. If you can, book a swim-up room and if sunshine all day is important to you, Room 104 is the one to ask for! Thank you, Paralos Venus Suites, for giving us the perfect holiday and making my 40th birthday one we’ll never forget. We will definitely be back!

We had a perfect stay! Really friendly staff and clean environment! We recommend their spa as well! It was a great experience overall!

A fabulous experience at this hotel. Perfect couples break. Room was well equipped (robes, slippers, kettle, nespresso, safe, hairdryer, products etc) and serviced well twice daily. The sea view was lovely and gave us lots to watch from the balcony. A good location. Not too far from the airport with enough local amenities - shop, atm, pharmacy, bars, restaurants etc (if you need/want to leave the hotel). The food in both restaurants was fantastic. The a la carte menu at lunch and evening had plenty of choice and was all cooked freshly to order. Choice at breakfast was vast too and all so fresh. The Bio restaurant menu was particularly outstanding and all beautifully presented. Wine choices limited though. We used the spa twice during our stay and the treatments from. Ivana and Melisa were superb, very relaxing and thorough. Good value for money with the package deal on two treatments. The whole staff team at the hotel are fabulous and like a family. Georgios around the pool daily serving our drinks was a great character. We will miss his "anything you need, Georgios is here" and "oh wow" everytime we ordered. Such a great team of staff, always catering to everyone's needs. Only small improvements would be to utilise the rooftop bar more after dinner for a continuation to the evening and for the pool party to go on a little longer or to be a little later on in the afternoon/early evening. Overall a fabulous smaller hotel, very friendly and helpful staff team and an ideal location to switch off and feel relaxed, if that's what you're looking for.
