This is our second stay at this lovely hotel. It’s in a perfect position right on the beach. We stayed all inclusive this time and cannot fault the food and drink. Plenty of choice. The hotel is kept spotless. What makes it so special though is the staff who are all so professional and friendly. From the reception staff, restaurant & bar staff, the staff at the beach, at Dunes restaurant (where we had lunch every day) to the cleaning staff. They’re all an absolute credit to the hotel There is only one criticism ….. and that there is nowhere for non-smokers to relax. We found on several occasions that we would order a drink in the outside bar and then be surrounded by smokers, so would have to move and sit in the reception, which was disappointing as we would have liked to enjoy the outside space and view. We were by the pool one day and a couple were smoking on the sunbeds. It would be a great idea if Dunes restaurant could be opened in the evenings as a bar for non-smokers.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and enjoyed every moment of our vacation! The rooms were very spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and always happy to help, making us feel truly welcome. The beach is just a short walk from the hotel. The sun loungers were always clean and well maintained, and the sea was crystal clear. Everything was perfectly organized. The food was absolutely delicious! Every evening there were two special dishes prepared by the chef, and they were always cooked to perfection. In addition, there was a buffet with a great variety of fresh and tasty food. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation!

My wife and I returned yesterday from a 7 night stay which we thoroughly enjoyed. I agree with some other reviewers who have described the hotel as quirky. It certainly is. Initially we were put off on arrival when we realized that our All Inclusive wasn’t All Inclusive, some drinks and food are only included if you opt for Premium All Inclusive which we weren’t even aware of, or offered. We had a nice room with private pool, with the AI package it wasn’t cheap. We felt deflated that we missed out. That said, we were mostly happy with the food and drink, although buffet for all meals it’s to a good standard. Lunch at the al a carte restaurant is included, mostly anyway as again PAI offers far more options than AI, it’s where we ate lunch most days, far more relaxed and a leisurely experience with a fabulous sea view. We couldn’t understand why at least one evening meal at the Al a carte wasn’t included, it was empty most evenings. One aspect that does set this aside and is truly 5 star is the staff, they are all amazing. Friendly, helpful and very engaged.
