Do not book! They charged us money for things that were already broken, banging on our door and threatening us with the police, absolute bullies just want as much money out of you as they can get. Also the shower was tiny and right beside the toilet with no shower walls; very unhygienic, and the beds were really uncomfortable.

This hotel should not be allowed to operate. They are total scammers. They charged my teenagers 175 euros for towels and sheets that had some bronzer make up on it saying they would have to be binned. It comes out in the wash - I know I have washed it out many times. And for a table that had a bit of bronzer on it which was already broken when my kids got there and was supposed to have been replaced on the first night. They threatened them with the police. My teenagers phoned me very distressed as they didn't have the money on them to pay. Also they insist it is paid in CASH. I wonder why. They completely ruined my daughters 19th birthday. We booked this through Love holidays and I intend to make a formal complaint to them as well.

Absolutely appalling "hotel " staff...threatening young people for dirty towels i.e. make up on them. Cleaning zero and then blaming young girls for their room being dirty. Extremely rude reception staff. Avoid this place at all cost if you are young as the staff are bullies and abusive...the worst place I've ever come across....filthy abusive staff horrifying
