The location was very nice as it was close to the beach, but there wasnt much else. The atmosphere wasnt very interesting and was very boring. The newer rooms were okay but the older ones were not as good. For the price I paid it was very underwhelming and not worth its value. The rooms cleanliness was okay but the public toilets by the beach were vile. But the noise level was very good, very calm although there wasnt any music and could be too quiet. Room Service was very good, they came every day and asked if they should clean it, But if you had an issue they would barely bother to assist or help you. Amenities were very bad, Ice cream was only permitted 1:30pm to 5pm, Drinks were also only permitted during a time period, where soft alcohol was allowed only at 10:30am where the stronger drinks were only allowed at 1:30pm, Which dosent seem like it'd be all inclusive, Soft drinks were also offbrand and tasted weird. The food was the most awful part, there was not many options at all so if there were food options which you didnt like you had to just suck it up and either not eat or shove food in your mouth and the food wasnt exactly kid-friendly and were more for adults, which contradicts itself as a family hotel. The snackbar was good but if you had to eat the 2 options they gave you that being gyros and pizza for the entire holiday then you'd get sick of it.

I was so anxious about coming after all the bad reviews. What is wrong with people. This place is beautiful. Literally has a private beach with free covered sun loungers. All inclusive food and drink the food is very varied and I have one very fussy eater she manages at every meal to get something. The various pools wow. Aqua aerobics and the in site shop is so well priced. We got a taxi from the airport our driver a loca guy so much lovely information. There flowers are beautiful and it's lovely and warm. Gorgeous luxury sun beds bean bags on one are and loungers. Pools to suit all depths. l haven't even gone to the waterslide place yet. Will be booking again. WiFi is good and our room is lovely and cool. No issues with moskitos at all.

This is a large complex, very well designed with multiple pools/restaurants and places to sit in the sun or shade, including private beach. The deisgn of the complex spreads guests out and its possible to choose quieter or livelier spots. Food is excellent for an all inclusive for all but the most fussy guests. Range of food available reflects international guests. Huge choice at every mealtime and snacks available during the day. Poor reviews appear to reflect lack of realistic expectations. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Free shuttle to Roda during the day/evening. My only negative experience had nothing whatsoever to do with the hotel......it was some of the guests, particularly at mealtimes. I'd highly recommend the hotel for those expecting a clean, well managed complex with perfectly good food. There are luxury hotel options available in Corfu for those with that expectation but expect a different price point. Its in a rural beachside location so don't expect to walk to bars/restaurants/clubs etc. Staff are wonderful. I'd have no hesitation returning.
