Corfu palace

This was our second visit this year It's a great hotel to relax . Shirt journey from the airport and it's easy to go into Corfu Town Sea view rooms are good to see the coastline and watch the boats sail by. Really good choice of food especially at breakfast , with lovely staff on hand .Also the bars at the pool and beach are good . Choice of places to swim , especially great to take the funicular to the beach .

The Hotel is in a great location, but it is not 5 star. Both pools indoor and outdoor were not clean algae around the tiles and hand rails. The beach is not private as locals and people from other hotels took the beds. The beds are mostly damaged. The beach is not clean cigarette butts and rubbish lying on the sand. We were very annoyed when we were told to vacate the pool area at 4pm as they had a conference party there ( which ended up being cancelled) we had no where to go ! the hotel also closed the pool bar one day for a private function. They need to decide if they want holiday makers or conferences. The staff are excellent and the Hotel impressive with brilliant views but the pools and gym need urgent attention.

Very nice island for all seasons especially now that there is not a lot of people with nice attractions the cantons very picturesque and you could eat and drink your drink very comfortable all people friendly and helpful
