Corfu Sun Poolside Apartments

Came here with all my family, including 11 grandchildren. Should have been last year but Covid delayed our trip. No frills apartments perfect for our week - no worries about children breaking things! Had place to ourselves, swimming pool was loved by all and used ever day....very efficient filtration system kept water sparkling clean. Maria cleaned every day except Sunday and Achilles was great in arranging a special meal out for us and has been really kind with regard to our booking. Despite my wife passing away in June, we still managed to have a lovely time in this idyllic setting. Hope to return in a year or so.

Excellent service, extremely clean and simple. It is set around a lovely pool and away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Achilles, the host, was an exceptional host making sure we had everything we needed. He also gave us tips to make our visit easier.

This location is great. The apartments were much larger than we expected them to be. Studio is large single room with a couple of very comfortable beds - can be put together for a kingsize experience. - together with a kitchen & bathroom. Shower is fine - handheld and not a problem with plenty of hot water if you want it. The balcony was furnished with dining table and in the 2 bed apartments you get a comfy sofa & chairs too. There was free wifi and free air con, both of which functioned very well. The pool area is a gem and can keep adults & children happy for ages. The walk down to the village was a short slope but was not an issue - probably did me a lot of good !! Lots of local eateries within a few minutes walk.....Zorbas about 3-4 minutes away, others that are right on the beach where you can have a meal or drink and swim. Achilles, the owner, was very helpful and would go out of his way if you needed anything - just needed to text or call him, and the cleaning lady did a great job, sheets & towels changed a couple of times which we were not expecting. I felt it was good value and it was nice to stay somewhere that felt very Greek rather than some concrete edifice that could be anywhere in the world. I want to go back with all the family......with just the 4 apartments (2 bedrooms) and 1 studio it would be perfect for our own private gathering.
