Leftis Romantica

We arrived at approximately 12.00 midnight and when we got there it was pitch black and no lights whatsoever . I was with my children and asked the hotel manager . Is there any lighting ? He replied “ we don’t have the lights on at night “ then when we got into the room .everything was old fashioned definitely needs refurbishing down to the beds . It was like sleeping on a concrete slab and the pillows ridiculous , the aircon set with no remote . The television set at volume 20 with a block on it . The balcony view is bushes covering the whole front of the hotel ,the bathroom shower dont maintain a flow of hot water it keeps going up and down . No hand wash , shower gel , shampoo the manager said we don’t supply anything thats your responsibility . I wouldn’t go back to that hotel for free as a goodwill gesture! Worst hotel I have ever been to in my whole life and I stayed in a lot as I used to Do wedding events and travel ! Avoid Avoid Avoid !

We have just spent 6 days at Leftis Romantika staying in a studio apartment with breakfast included. The rooms are clean and spacious and our towels and bedding were changed twice during our stay. Great value for travellers who don’t want to spend their money staying in soulless all-inclusive resorts. The hotel is in a great location for the public beach, the centre of Moraitika and only a 50m walk to the bus top if you want to take the local bus to Kerkyra. Lefteris works so hard and is welcoming and if you want a truly authentic Greek holiday I would recommend Leftis Romantica as a place to stay.

Been going to Romantica for many years. Would recommend it to families especially. It is exceptionally clean ,with clean towels and bed linen provided. They have very clean and well maintained swimming pools. Leftis and his family are the most generous and genuine people and will help you if needed. The food is gorgeous and bar is well stocked. 👌
