Nissaki Beach

We booked this holiday & cruise for are 50th wedding anniversary, Good points, the location for us was brilliant, so calm total relaxation, the facilities proudly better than expected, The staff were superb, could not do enough for us, a special mention to Nattasa & Elaine as it was are 50th wedding anniversary they went to great lengths to ensure we had a special week at Atlantica, Thank you so much, We usually never book all inclusive but we booked all inclusive for the first time in 20 years in April at Iberstar waves in Budva Montenegro and for us the food and selection was far superior than Atlantica, I know food has to be recycled but some of the Chicken thighs had Yellow jerseys on them, been round that long. The snack bar by the pool was excellent So for us some of the main meals were not to our taste, The only other worry we had was the ladies toilet by the main pool, water was coming up from beneath the filed floor and kept flooding, the overflow was going into the mainpool, the cleaners would come every hour and brush away the water , but within half hour the water was going back in the pool. The hotel must know about the problem and I'm sure this hotel will sort it out shortly. But overall we loved the Staff, The location, The facilities. Looked lovely on the surface Hot food is tepid Separately as In a gap of 3 clear days both me and my partner unwell with D and V Something really wrong at this hotel-need s to be properly investigated Reported to TUI Reported to reception- we will cook something nice for you response-no thanks Never ever have I been unwell abroad and so many people unwell Take diaoralyte if going Also bananas did help me and my partner get over it to a degree Packing to go home, usual check under the bed-wish I hadn’t -so dirty Ruined birthday, became so eager to get home spoilt things :( Check out-nothing mentioned -just gave key in-not even a-did you enjoy your stay

Lovely hotel on the surface, but there are some serious issues at the hotel! I caught the sickness bug that is prevalent at this hotel and I can confidently say I’ve never been so unwell in my life. We ignored previous reviews about people getting ill as we are young, fit and healthy, so thought we’d be okay. Unfortunately I became incredibly unwell to the point of thinking I may need to see a doctor in the early ours of the morning. I did get through the worst of it but after spending a few days in the room, the rest of the holiday was plagued by waves of nausea. The quiet pool was absolutely disgusting. Mouldy umbrellas, dirty loungers and floors, bins piled up on the closed bar. Toilets by the pool were rarely cleaned and absolutely stank! They were so unsanitary, especially given the number of people using them. Unfortunately the cons far outweigh any pros at this hotel. Trust the bad reviews, don’t ignore them like we did 😅
