that disgusting owner, a Slav called Igor (a name, a guarantee) made the right decision to keep part of the deposit for towels and pillowcases that were never provided to us. the staff who had to clean the apartment burst in punctually around 12 in swat style, opening the bathroom door even if someone was there doing their business. we found the room dirty: there were biscuits and glasses under the bed. Rats, apparently “house pets,” regularly roamed the property. This Igor is not only a character who does not know how to deal with customers, which in case he is not aware of it allows him to live on rent money, but he is also a real thief: I have heard of people who had to pay a penalty due to dirty stoves and about 80% of the groups who were with us were deducted of part of the deposit with ridiculous reasons... I strongly advise against staying overnight, stay away to avoid scams and unnecessary anger on holiday.

We have just returned from the Solea Apartments. Had a fantastic stay. Rooms very clean and good air con. Bonus having free WiFi. Tatiana and her family looked after us very well. Bus stop right outside to visit nearby resorts €1.40 one way. We walked into Gouvia most nights around 15mins. Full of bars restaurants there. We had the swimming pool to ourselves most days which was cleaned daily. Would definitely recommend these apartments and we would love to visit again. Thank you

We had a brilliant time at the Solea The owners stayed until 11pm to greet us on arrival, our room was nice & clean & the air con was freezing which is always a bonus, the staff were all friendly & couldn’t do enough for us - they even let us have our room until 6pm on the day of our departure as our flight wasn’t until 10pm A ten minute walk to the bars & restaurants & a place that sells pita gyros just over the road, I would recommend the Solea for a quiet relaxing break
