Yianetta Complex

Room was very clean and all staff were lovely and very accommodating. Would recommend this stay to anyone. Everything was great value for money and the hotel is only a short taxi to the strip/old town. Thank you!

Would like to start with saying how fantastic all the staff members were, we had a very warm welcome and nice cold bottles of water handed to us on arrival. Our cases we're carried to our room also. Managment are very helpful, friendly and happy to help. A nice family run place, the bar staff were all great too. I booked through on the beach, my information stated a kitchenette in our room, which would of kept our cost down. Upon arrival this was not the case and was told its been redeveloped without them. I think this information needs to be removed from on the beach as its very misleading. I've also seen on booking.com it states 2 pools and 2 restaurants. Again, we only seen 1 available pool and restaurant/bar Our room was very clean and aircon was lovely. The shower was a tiny tray with a shower curtain around, the shower was powerful, however, you cant use to its full capacity without flooding the apartment and getting stuck to the curtain. Beds weren't too bad really. Cleaners are great, polite and helpful. Towels are changed every 2 days and bedding is changed every 3 days. The food was ok, a lady called Dora cooked the best on the evenings, she was very sweet. Breakfast was a good enough selection and different bits daily. The food in the warmers was always cold though. The atmosphere itself is nice, quiet mostly. There were several groups of teenagers staying during our stay, they were having fun, bit loud coming in between 5-6am but this is expected being right near kavos nightlife. The pool is very clean, every morning i believe its the father , works very hard early mornings getting things ready for the day. Alexia was our favourite, although every single staff member is lovely, Alexia was just a bit extra. Location is great if you drive, being from the UK I'm not confident driving on the opposite side of the road, which means paying quite a lot in taxi fairs. Locally there really isn't much to do near by. During the day not much is open down in Kavos as its more of a nightlife place is my only guess. If you like water sports then you'll appreciate the value of these. Probably the cheapest place I've ever came across. Would recommend the boat trips as they were quite something. Also boka beach is beautiful 😍. Yianetta Hotel & Suites itself is a nice, place to stay. I'd definitely visit corfu again but sadly, kavos wasn't ideal for us. The place itself could be lovely but unfortunately with lots of money problems locally the area is very run down with so many abandoned properties, the streets are full of rubbish and all overgrown. Depending on what you want from a holiday. This review reflects more on the area rather than our apartment, as I really did love our little room, ground floor and all the fantastic staff. Fantastic hotel, staff were lovely, available 24/7 for any help. Greeted upon arrival at 2am, and provided with business cards, nothing was any trouble at all. Rooms were spotless, and air conditioned. Location is perfect, not too close to the kavos strip, but close enough to commute via a short walk. Atmosphere around the hotel was lovely, everybody was friendly, and excellent value for money. Would 100% recommend.
