I came here with freinds and had an awful stay, the rooms were disgusting and stunk of sewage. The cleaners only cleaned once after staying here for a week. Paid over £1000 for this holiday and would not recommend one bit. On the day before check out we went to reception and asked what time check out was and was told 12, the morning off we was verbally abused and belittled by one of the receptionist. She come up to our room demanding money handling the situation awfully taking advantage of young girls. The woman who I believe called tatiana was so rude and handled situation so unprofessionally and she should not be allowed to deal with the public as she is so patronising. I can not believe she has been allowed to work in hospitality as someone who works in it aswell.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Kyra the receptionist was a lovely woman and seemed to be very welcoming and helpful at all times. Thanos thebar tender is also an amazing guy and definitely needs a payrise
