Bona Vista Studios

This hotel was very accommodating as our previous hotel in Zante was terrible. We booked this hotel in desperation to get out of our previous hotel and can I just say made our holiday. The staff although the man didn't speak much English was lovely - they were great if we needed anything. The pool was just what we needed and supermarket literally a 2 minute walk away. the strip is 5 minutes away which was just so lovely to be able to go at any time. The hotel was very clean and air con was NOT an additional cost <3 Although the reviews weren't great - the hotel was genuinely very clean and I will 10000000000% be returning next year.

Asks for payment in cash when you arrive and threatens the police if you don’t get it fast and don’t speak a word of English. Never have any toilet roll or clean towels. AC never worked and tried charging us for things already broken. Had very limited kitchen supplies beds are horrible and covered in stains.

Came on the 11th July 2019 for a week. Was apprehensive when reading the reviews however it had everything we needed. It was clean, the pool was chilled and they had no problems with us coming back a bit noisy. Owners were so friendly, particularly Natasha who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. One day I couldn't find my key and they give me a spare one without paying me pay until I found it. Would 100% revisit. Close to strip, yet not close enough to be noisy.
