We visited the Diane Hotel in June for a 2/52 stay and as a previous review said was immediately greeted by a very welcoming Sophia. The hotel is a little dated and as it is in the centre of town the balcony’s are a little narrow, however this is seems a bit irrelevant because all of the staff we met were incredibly kind and helpful. We didn’t have any issue with noise even though we were on the first floor. There was a good choice of foods at breakfast and every day a different greek pastry or cake was available. The hotel is in an amazing position in town with a huge choice of restaurants. We caught the local bus to Tsilivi beach which was very clean and organised, however for the rest of the holiday we used to walk down to a beach just outside the town which had a great beach bar and a taverna next to it. The beach is used by the local people and was really informal and much more of what we were looking for. We did go on a couple of day trips one into the centre of the island through the acres of olive groves and another one on a boat trip, both really enjoyable. On a few occasions we spent a very chilled afternoon upstairs at the bar terrace with a book and a delicious frappe. We had a great holiday and would definitely recommend the hotel primarily for the position and for their delightful staff.

A lovely hotel and super staff, so friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool and bar is lovely but the pool is a little small, nowhere to sunbathe but don’t let this put you off. Its location is perfect and a short walk (maybe 15 mins) to the bus station can take you all over the island, to beaches etc. €2.2. The shops are situated along the Main Street off the square where the hotel is located, a supermarket literally 2 mins walk. Just fabulous. The rooms are cleaned daily and everyone is happy and relaxed there. A brilliant hotel, highly recommend.

Had an enjoyable experience at Diana Hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool was great to cool down in on days we didn't go to the beach. The location is super convenient and the staff went out of their way to help with recommendations, arrangements, and hospitality. They were really great which made the experience feel comfortable and warm.
