A lovely hotel! The gardens were beautiful and immaculately maintained. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast had everything you needed from juices, continental options, cooked foods, fruit, pastries, cereal, the choose was extensive and the fresh coffee was fab. Bar was well stocked and provided a great service, the bar staff were fun and friendly. The pool and all communal areas were spotlessly clean and there were ample sun beds without the morning rush. There is a supermarket across the road and a bus stop on the corner. Bus times were good. The rooms were spotless, spacious and well catered for. The cleaning staff called every day and were very mindful of your needs. Linen and towels were changed daily. Entertainment was enjoyable. A quiet, relaxing and lovely stay! Would highly recommend it.

Visited in June. What a beautifully maintained and clean apartment - from the minute we arrived was met off the coach by the wonderful receptionist - felt welcomed immmediafely. She sorted our car hire and nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful gardens, pool, spotlessly clean - breakfast at the small hotel next door was again clean and varied. Tragaki is low key but in a fabulous spot with great little restaurants nearby and a short bus ride to the busier towns. The manager is always around and very friendly and welcoming. It's difficult what to say about the Hotel the staff on the odd occasion interacted with guests which we felt created a poor atmosphere. Having said that the place was kept very clean including the rooms..there are 2 pools there with plenty of sunbeds as the hotel was not full. Food was bland although we enjoyed the salads and plenty to eat.. Don't really on the entertainment as was very limited and not very good there is better entertainment down the road though at the Red Apple taverna. The location quite some distance from the main resort of Tsilivi about 2miles not safe to walk however there is a good bus service. There is a beach near to the Hotel which is good however it can get crowded. Would we stay here again probably not for us but if you like lounging around the pool and the occasional beach visit it's great. Oh and one lasting this hotel has two names the Mestrillia is the main name for the Hotel very odd
