Had a fantastic stay. All the staff were lovely. So kind, friendly and helpful. Lilly just started as we arrived. Such a lovely hard working young lady, so poliye amd welcoming. Mateo was lovely too. Jon was so helpful round the pool bringing drinks. Joanna was always so bubbly and friendly and i think ots Peter who was lovely behind the bar. The rooms were clean and bright. Lovely atmosphere and I would definetely stay here again.

Words cant describe how lovely this hotel is ..spotlessly clean..perfect location,the perfect pillows on the bed,pool area lovely ..comfy sunbeds ,Jon and Joanna work tirelessly hard throughout the day ..waiting on everybody ..so pleasant to chat to ..the evening staff work hard and are friendly too, the breakfast is plentiful..enough to choose and cooked perfectly ..we spent both england matches there of a night ..which was a great atmosphere and effort of bunting etc put up to create a good vibe ..highly recommend this hotel ..

We had a fantastic week at The Princess Hotel in May We booked a two bedroom apartment as we needed some extra space, It was absolutely superb. Not just modern and clean but really well equipped too. I don't think we have this many utensils in our kitchen at home! Lots of plates, glasses, cutlery and a double sink for all the washing up. The fridge freezer was amazing, a perfect little slide out top drawer in the top of the fridge meant I could keep my pre-going out beers ice cold. Microwave, toaster and kettle all here, and housekeeping changed the bins everyday. We did get a bed change and towels too. I was impressed with the bedroom space, large bed with memory foam mattresses. Large wardrobe and a nice big dressing table for your toiletries and stuff. Both bedrooms had TV's but we didn’t bother turning them on. The apartment had vinyl flooring throughout so reduced noise and not cold tile flooring when you go to the loo. There's plenty of storage space throughout the apartment and there were hangers in all the wardrobes. hairdryer included. We loved the massive wrap around balcony, perfect for moving around with the sun during the day and if you squint looking out of the door you can see the sea! Lots of patio furniture and a big maiden for drying your towels, shorts and knick knacks. We had no problem getting a sunbed when we needed one...as usual us brits were the worst offenders for leaving towels and not using beds, but it wasn't a real issue for us. There's a great little pool bar too, there was always someone having a drink or food and the staff are lovely. It was nice to wander back from a lovely meal and have a nightcap in great company. A massive thank you to all the staff for looking after us, taking photos and putting up with us…well ME!! A fabulous hard working group who made everyday fun for us. And finally a special thanks to Nessie who took the time every day to check on my partner who is recovering from heart surgery. Such a lovely kind hearted lady, you made our holiday very special…Thank You.
