Here is a short 5-star review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Absolutely great massage with Alex! He is very professional, addresses individual needs, and has a real feel for tense muscle areas. The atmosphere was relaxed and I felt completely comfortable. I feel like a new person afterward – I can highly recommend him!"

The 5 stars are all there: in the relaxing and elegant colors of the rooms, in the care of the greenery, in the cleanliness of the common areas, in the great quality of the catering, in the attentive and always available service, in the comfort of the loungers and towels on the beach and at the pool. Only 2 critical issues: 1. scarcity of information, the little that is provided on the site and upon arrival is not enough to make you understand how everything works, which you have to figure out practically on your own during the first 2 days. Also because they only speak English and often so quickly that not even the translator can understand what they are saying. 2. Beach management not optimal for the occupation of the loungers. I understand that there are ill-mannered travelers all over the world who do not know how to relate correctly to others, but in a 5-star hotel it is absurd to specify that at 11:00 AM the towels are removed from the loungers if they are not occupied (something, moreover, never seen done), giving the possibility in this way to occupy the loungers from the early hours of dawn and then arriving comfortably at 11:00 AM. Just as I find it inappropriate that families consisting of 2 adults and 1 child occupy 2 umbrellas instead of asking for an additional lounger. Practical tips: upon arrival or in the room, you could provide a sheet with all the useful information about the property, perhaps also specifying that each room can occupy only one umbrella and that after half an hour (as is done in other 5-star hotels where I have stayed) the lifeguard removes the towels from the loungers that are not actually occupied. These are very possible things, in the main languages (just use a translator and then print them on cardstock) that can help avoid unnecessary stress for guests. Very beautiful sea that does not entice you to leave the hotel, even if sometimes during certain time slots it gets dirty with foam. The location is also strategic, because it is close to the most beautiful equipped beaches, such as Gerakas and Porto Roma (if you want, also to those for youth nightlife like Laganas and Banana beach), and half an hour by car from Zante town. I do not rule out returning and I feel like recommending it. And I was very happy when I asked to be able to leave the room at 12:00 PM instead of 11:00 AM and the next day I was told that I could leave it at 1:30 PM, having the transfer to the airport at 2:00 PM. This allowed me to enjoy the sea until noon and made me feel pampered and accommodated to the fullest. Ideal property for those looking for peace and relaxation.

I had the most fantastic experience from both Alex and George at the spa at The Bay 👌 The most relaxing massages and facials you can imagine, I have a very stressed life and came for complete rest and relaxation, and I certainly got that here.
