Stayed with a group of 6 and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We actually cannot understand the negative reviews and can only assume the people complaining are used to 5* luxury! The Hotel location is perfect - right on the beach with the resort at close hand (but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep). We had 3 rooms between us which were all very comfortable and spacious, and were nipping clean - the maids came in daily to clean and change towels etc. The food was very good - we all enjoyed it - the Greek Gyros were particularly delicious - found nothing to complain about the food at all. We found all the staff to be polite, friendly and very hard working - maybe the complaints made about rude staff are more to do with the rude way in which some guests feel they can talk to them! Entertainment was minimal but it wasnt advertised to be anything more , we really enjoyed the Greek Night & Dancing. The only negative we found was there was not enough sunbeds to go round and you had to get down very early to secure a spot. Also we did have a problem one night with noise but this was caused by a group of other inconsiderate guests who were running up and down corridors shouting and screaming and banging doors in the early hours of the morning. A few of us came out of our rooms and told them off and they soon piped down. Not alot the staff can do about guests staying there who choose to be downright selfish. Honestly this is a great hotel and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here- go with an open mind and just ignore the whingers and whiners.

We are still here...
We booked a week at Tsvili Beach Hotel as my daughter was turtle volunteering on the island so we decided to chaperone in another part of the island.
Her plans got cancelled so we asked the hotel f she could stay with us in our room (bit of a squeeze as 3 of us in a 3 bed room
already).
The hotel were very accommodating with no issues, great communication.
On day 2 we were offered an upgrade to a family room which is beautiful with a sea view. Yes we had to pay for this but great the hotel tried to meet our needs.
Staff are friendly, polite and professional.
Food is good with a wide selection. If you're fussy about food, eat out! Choice is enough for everyone.
Resort is lovely, plenty of bars and restaurants and, as the world cup is on, all showing the matches and are very friendly towards the English (other nationalities are available for comparison 😀)
Beach is dark sand, goes out a fair way so great for small children (my youngest is 9 and went out a long way still being able to stand.
Daytime entertainment looks ok, not experienced evening but not fussed as we'll do our own thing anyway.
We love Greece and this is probably the best hotel we have been to.
Recommend? Absolutely.

We first stayed at this hotel in 2019 and had a great experience, so we were looking forward to returning. Unfortunately, the hotel has deteriorated significantly since our previous visit.
We travelled as part of a wedding group of around 40 guests, and several members of our party shared similar concerns. The reception staff were often unfriendly and unhelpful, which made resolving even simple issues difficult.
The daytime entertainment advertised by the hotel rarely took place. On one occasion, guests who took part in water polo came out of the pool with cuts on their feet caused by damaged or sharp tiles, which was quite concerning.
The bathrooms also felt unsafe, as the floors became extremely slippery after showering. Providing non-slip bath mats would make a big difference.
The drinks were acceptable, but the food was very disappointing. The selection was repetitive throughout our 10-day stay, and the quality was poor, so we only chose to eat at the hotel twice.
Evening entertainment was minimal, and at 11pm the bar closed promptly, the shutters came down and the lights were switched off, leaving little atmosphere for guests who wanted to continue their evening.
A number of people in our group also had belongings go missing, including a JBL speaker worth around £250. We repeatedly asked reception whether it had been handed in and whether CCTV could be checked, but our requests were dismissed. After a crime reference number was requested and the possibility of legal action was mentioned, the speaker was suddenly found. Based on this experience, I would advise guests to keep a close eye on their valuables around the pool area.
Overall, this stay was a real disappointment compared with our previous visit. The hotel's location and views remain its biggest strengths, but in almost every other respect we felt standards had fallen considerably.
