Vasilikos Beach

This was our second .. we discovered this place last year. Cannot fault one thing. Our room airy and light , power shower... air-conditioning free. Slept so well. Breakfast was fantastic, huge range of hot and cold food, juices and hot drinks. The pool is beautiful and plenty of beds. There are a selection of beautiful sandy beaches with the clearest seas I have ever seen within a few minutes stroll. For us it is the ultimate in relaxing . 3 restaurants also a slow mins stroll away. There is nothing in the way of entertainment which is exactly what we wanted. However.. what makes this hotel so amazing is the staff. Hillary, Ria, Roxanne and Yannis go above and beyond to go out of their way to make you feel at home. Whilst waiting at zakynthos airport to go home we have re booked for next year !!!! Highly recommend 👌

Have just spent a fabulous week at this beautiful hotel. Firstly our room was immaculate and beautifully laid out, a lovely hot shower, crisp clean bed sheets, super comfy beds with a selection of soft and firm pillows, lovely balcony area, tv and air-conditioning. The restaurant was also immaculate with a wide variety of tasty breakfast options that were kept full and restocked. The cocktails are delicious and there is a great selection of hot food options at the bar. The staff are amazing and super friendly and a credit to the lovely lady who owns the hotel, her dogs Bailey and Baloo are a beautiful furry bonus too alongside Michael the donkey. Perfectly positioned in a beautiful Greek village with tavernas and a shop just over the road. The hotel is flanked by two beautiful beaches both within a 3 min walk where you will find watersports ect. The perfect place for a relaxing break in greek paradise, I can't recommend enough and we can't wait to come back.

We had the best holiday we’ve ever had here! If you want quiet, peaceful surroundings and relaxation this is the place for you. If on the other hand you want karaoke, sports bars and Irish pubs you need to look elsewhere. Rooms- it seems most of the rooms have been renovated however we were in a standard room which has not been refurbished yet so it was a little dated however this did not bother us and we had a lovely view from our balcony. Hotel grounds- gorgeous, so many different seating areas and shaded areas dotted all round the hotel, Pool- the warmest I’ve ever been in. Shallow end 0.75m so our 4 year old could easily stand up in it. Jacuzzi was a lovely addition. Absolutely no fighting for a sunbed. Poolside toilets spotless, spacious and modern. Breakfast- decent variety of bread, cereal, fresh fruit, pastries and eggs bacon sausage. Hotel food- we had a couple of lunches and one evening meal And it was delicious hot and came quickly. Staff- absolutely amazing, so friendly and kind they all just float around the hotel quietly making sure you have everything you need. A special mention to Daria and Yiannis. Restaurants- there’s not loads but enough choice and we would definitely recommend Familia taverna 3 minute walk, koukis which has a lovely terrace overlooking the beach and Banana Baya which is a chilled modern laid back place a 10/15 minute stroll on the beach. If you hire a car you will find many more dotted around. There is also a small shop selling food, drinks, toys etc a 2 minute walk away and a gift shop a 5 minute walk Beaches- we only went to Vrahos which is 5 minutes away sunbeds were 20 euro for the day, sea is calm and shallow there is a beach bar also. There are several other beaches within walking distance Overall the hotel and resort gave us everything we wanted it was pure perfection from the moment we arrived. and we will be booking for next year
