The toilet was dirty, full of mould. We could see the black dirt. Unbelievable. We didn't use it. And we paid 100€! It was in August. Never again.

Great hotel in the center of Zakynthos. Room is neat, we had a deluxe room. Everything you need is there. Furthermore, we are always out a lot. Car good (free) to park, sometimes just search especially by bustle of the city. Very Good Service! Friendly people. Room well cleaned every day. Coffee shop with nice coffee and sandwiches on the corner of the street.

Let’s be honest—if you go to a hotel looking for flaws, you’ll find plenty. This particular property is a small, conveniently located hotel close to the city center. There’s ample street parking available across the main street . Yes, the rooms are on the smaller side, but they’re cozy and pleasant. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the TV offered several channels, plus the option to log in to your own Netflix account. The shower worked well, the bathroom was perfectly fine, and the room’s temperature was comfortable. Let’s face it: unless you’re staying at a resort, what more do you really need from a city hotel? It’s a place to sleep, freshen up with a good shower, and set out to explore. The staff were friendly, especially the lady at the front desk, who was exceptionally kind. I decided to skip breakfast and opted to eat by the waterfront instead. For what it is, I’d rate this as a solid option—a decent, convenient hotel for anyone visiting the area. I noticed some reviews, particularly from British guests, seemed overly critical, but I genuinely enjoyed my stay here and would gladly return.
