Even when I wasn't satisfied with the hotels I stayed at before, I chose not to write negative reviews. However, after what we experienced at this hotel, I felt the need to share my experience. I chose this hotel with high expectations, but unfortunately I found that it did not meet them. First, there's one thing I need to acknowledge: The reception and restaurant staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. They tried to help us with everything we needed during our stay. This comment is absolutely not directed at their work. For me, the most important issue was security, and unfortunately, we encountered serious shortcomings in this area. The backrests of the sun loungers by the pool are not secured to the chair and sag backwards. When you sit on the front of the sun lounger, the backrest quickly folds forward, directly towards your face. This situation poses a serious risk of injury. It's quite possible to injure your face, nose, or back while trying to enjoy a swim in the pool. The marble stair treads are worn and lack any anti-slip tape. Therefore, my youngest son slipped on the stairs, fell, and split his chin. This incident was the most upsetting moment of our vacation. I think the hotel urgently needs to take precautions regarding this issue, especially for families with children. Breakfast, however, was far below our expectations. The same products are offered every day, and there is no variety whatsoever. In addition, the breakfast buffet is in serious need of renovation, both in terms of appearance and maintenance. The breakfast offered is described as an "award-winning Greek breakfast". Frankly, I couldn't help but wonder what it would be like without the awards. We were also disappointed with the cleanliness. When we looked under the sofa in our room, we were met with a thick layer of dust, as if it hadn't been cleaned since the beginning of the season. Also, one of the towels, which we thought was clean and fresh, had hair strands in it. This situation raised serious questions about the overall hygiene of the room. The parking situation was also quite inadequate. If another vehicle is parked in front of yours and its owner disappears, don't expect to find the person or have the problem resolved quickly. The staff are not paying enough attention to the organization of the vehicles in the parking lot. If you have a scheduled boat trip or other plans, this could cause you to be delayed, or even miss your boat. Finally, I would advise guests who are coming expecting a beach to keep their expectations low. The area, advertised as a "beach," consists only of four sun loungers left on the sand. The steps leading down to the beach are made of stone and are not properly constructed. You could slip and hit your head on a rock at any moment. Therefore, landing on the beach also poses a serious safety risk. In summary, apart from the friendly and helpful staff, we did not find the quality we expected at this hotel. There are serious shortcomings, particularly in areas such as security, cleanliness, maintenance, breakfast, and parking arrangements. It is unacceptable to receive this level of service at an establishment on the island that sells at premium prices and positions itself as a four-star hotel. Hopefully, this review will help both the hotel management take the necessary precautions and enable guests considering staying there to make more informed decisions.

Children's playground neglected and dangerous, the surrounding space dirty, breakfast yes though enough variety, but indifferent..the sun loungers on the beach abandoned and these, facilities generally old, there was no terrace on the balcony, the view very good and the responsible unacceptable..!

THE FACILITIES REQUIRE IMMEDIATE MAINTENANCE. THE COMMON SPACES (LIFTS, INTERIOR CORRIDORS) ARE QUITE DIRTY. IN THE ROOM FOUND CATSARIDA, THE LENTONES WERE NOT CHANGED FOR 4 NIGHTS. THERE WERE NO INDIVIDUAL IDENTIFICATION KITS. THE PERSONAL IS GENETIC, BUT INFINITE AND ASYNTHONISTIC. THE BEACH IN BAD STATUS (VERY LIMITED SPACE). THE SUITES ROOMS WERD DISTRIBUTED IN TWO OUTSIDE ROOMS WITH A INTERMEDIAL INTERIOR DOOR...PRIMARY AND DINNER RELATIVELY GOOD.
